Good Earth Coffeehouse
Quite the transformation on this new and vibrant coffee shop. This project was a lot of fun to be a part of. Zocon Consulting preformed not only Construction Management Services for this project but also used our own forces for the Demolition, Framing, Drywall and Specialty finishes in the kitchen, and washrooms. Thanks to our clients, for their trust to help bring their project to life.
BeaconLite - Dust Free Sign Shop
Our repeat clients came to us with a challenge to overcome: to create a space where they can manufacture traffic signs, in a dust-free environment within their existing shop space. This Design-Build contract was achieved for our client with little impact to their operations and completed within a short time-frame provided. Long Lake Sauna
One thing we love to build, are projects on the Lake! This is not the first lake-front project we were hired to completed a framing and building envelope subcontract for, but the design and materials chosen for this Sauna make it standout.
